TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Reservation & Payment
- All reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit card.
- A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
- Remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid prior to the trip date or at pickup.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
- No-shows will be charged the full fare.
3. Wait Time & Overtime
- A 15-minute grace period is included for standard pickups.
- Overtime charges will apply for any additional wait time beyond the scheduled booking.
- Overtime is billed in 15 or 30-minute increments based on the vehicle rate.
4. Damage & Cleaning Fees
- Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by them or their guests.
- Excessive cleaning fees may apply for spills, stains, or other messes.
5. Conduct in Vehicle
- No smoking or vaping is permitted in any of our vehicles.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed only for passengers over 21.
- The driver reserves the right to end the ride without refund if passengers engage in illegal activity, threatening behavior, or excessive intoxication.
6. Liability
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, accidents, or other conditions beyond our control.
- We are not liable for lost or stolen items left in the vehicle.
7. Vehicle Substitution
- We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of similar or higher value in the event of mechanical failure or scheduling conflicts.
8. Privacy Policy
- Client information is collected solely for booking and communication purposes and is never sold or shared with third parties.
9. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in South Florida.
